The electrically operated BIO-SIL applicator is used for the application of biological fluid (BIO-SIL) in silage during the harvesting process.
The dosing unit is characterized by ease of use and robustness.
It was developed for the use of water soluble organic silage additives (eg Bio-Sil ®) and not for aggressive, corrosive or highly viscous liquids.
The liquid Diluted BIOSIL is poured into the area of the counter blade just before the chopping drum, which results in a very good distribution of lactic acid bacteria.
The electronically controlled BIO-SIL applicator is powered by the vehicle's 12 V electrical system and has a maximum consumption of 100 W.
The measurement is adjusted on the dosing pump control unit by button.
The float flowmeter indicates the current dosing quantity. The amount of liquid is controlled by an electronic pump speed control.
