Terms of Sales
Article 1 - Price
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros excluding and including tax, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.
1.2 - We ship to Belgium, Switzerland and France.
1.3 - All orders regardless of their origin are payable in Euros.
1.4 - The calculation of the shipping price indicated during your order is calculated on the basis of the shipping price in mainland France only. You will receive the invoice once your order has been taken into account.
1.5 - We reserve the right to modify the prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders subject to availability. The products remain our property until full payment of the price.

Article 3 - Approval
When you validate your order, you declare to accept this one as well as the entirety of the present General Conditions of Sale fully and without reserve. Article 4 - Availability
Our product offers are offered within the limits of available stocks. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by email or by post as soon as possible.
Article 5 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. The times indicated are average times and correspond to processing and delivery times for products destined for mainland France and Monaco. Placing an order before 1 p.m. on weekdays generally allows your package to be dispatched the same day (upon availability).
Article 6 - Payment
Payment for your purchases can be made by:

Article 8 - After Sales Service
8.1 - You have a period of 7 days from receipt to return the product that does not suit you. The shipping and return costs will then be at your expense. Products purchased that are not suitable will be exclusively exchanged or credited to your next order.
8.2 - Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back.
8.3 - We undertake to exchange products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant). In this case, please state this in detail on the invoice and return the product(s) to us. We will exchange the item(s).
