A farmer, Anton Sidler, brings together breeders who are inventing a new agriculture every day, an agriculture of the living. Through their lives and their farms, the reader will be able to discover the ecological transition and real agricultural practices.

To be independent and reduce dependence on synthetic inputs, breeders have understood that everything starts from the soil and that they must stay alive thanks to the sun via photosynthesis and earthworms. They describe how it all has to come together to boost healthy soil, plant and cow health. All those who are animated by such a search for meaning will approve of their respect for animals and their techniques which are already those of a "carbon civilization".

Readers will acquire a certain familiarity with a profession whose complexity many are far from imagining: farmer and dairy farmer.

Gradually, they will face a real dialogue on the condition of breeder: on the one hand, farmers manage to better explain good agricultural behavior and on the other, all readers will probably have evolved in their way of behaving with it. Farmers.

This essay allows you to discover the world of living farmers. It traces the marked routes of pioneers of  The Happy Cow . Let's walk with them, let's visit their farms!
